**【WE ARE HIRING: Admin Manager | Japanese Speaking】**

**Monthly salary: RM5,500-6,500 per month**(negotiable depending on experience and skills)

**Preferable: Age 30-40, Chinese, Female**

We are seeking an experienced **Admin Manager** with Japanese language skills to oversee HQ administration, accounting coordination, HR support, and general office management for our F&B group.

**Job Responsibilities (V1)**:

- **Office Administration**:
Document management, meeting coordination, and inventory control.
- **Human Resource Support**:
Attendance tracking, payroll assistance and onboarding.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
Handling internal communication & external correspondence.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
Regulatory compliance, report preparation.
- **Event & Travel Management**:
Event planning, travel arrangements.
- **Technology & Tools**:
System management, digital process support.
- **Proactive Office Management**:
Process optimization, crisis handling.

**Job Responsibilities (V2)**
**General Administration**
- Coordinate with insurance providers for quotations and renewals
- Liaise with the company secretary when needed
- System setup and support (Pointsoft, Aigens BYOD, InfoTech, Zeoniq, shared drive)
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues
- Coordinate with building management and property owners
- Communicate with banks for operational matters
- Purchase office and restaurant supplies

**HR & Payroll Administration**
- Calculate monthly staff salaries and process payroll
- Generate and distribute payslips
- Draft and review HR-related letters (confirmation, warnings, etc.)
- Register and maintain staff accounts with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN

**Others**
- Provide Japanese-to-English translation or captioning support when needed
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Assist in leasing-related documentation and coordination

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)**:

- Strong multitasking and coordination skills
- Familiarity with HR processes and payroll handling
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience in payment processing
- Good troubleshooting ability for minor IT or system-related issues
- Possesses own transport
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in similar administrative / office management roles (F&B industry experience is a plus)
