Data Entry Clerk

Prepare and sort documents / data sheets for the purpose of data entry.
- Extract, sort, and analyze data according to requests from system.
- Compile weekly or/and monthly reports on sales and stocks inventory.
- Respond to information access and retrieval requests from authorized members.
- Work with brand people on inventory and orders request.
- Assist brand people to issue Purchase Order, Transfer Order and Sales Order when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin/ Accounts or Finance/ Economics / Management and equivalent
- Able to communicate in English - written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - able to use formulae such as pivot table or VLOOKUP
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
