Main Accountabilities
- To contribute day to day operation and maintenance of building premises by attending to all maintenance and operations issues which is on civil maintenance i.e: plumbing, painting and carpentry, masonry, repairing and renovation.
- Troubleshoot and undertakes hands on repair works for any issue relating to the building facilities and damage structures promptly which including handyman works functions in the daily basis.
- To attend to all breakdowns or complaints promptly and perform investigation and rectification works.
- Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify any issues.
- To update Planned Preventive Maintenance, inspection, work order and defect status/ progress in the system.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks by ensuring all building facilities and equipment are regularly maintained and serviced within the required timeframe.
- To supervise and verify all routine activities of service contractors and monitor their performance.
- To make daily routine site inspection of the specific property assigned.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
- Ensure all building system/ renovation works meet statutory board requirements and safety standards.
- To assist in grease traps cleaning and assured properly cleaned conducted.
- Venue set-up/ dismantle for the events and promotions.
- Assist in decorations and signages installation.

Others duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
