**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Structuring Inventory Management System**: Develop and implement a robust system for inventory management and reorder processes to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize shortages.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Organize and schedule pickups from suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- **Vendor Relationship Management**: Conduct research on potential vendors, troubleshoot issues, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize the supply chain.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project details, manage demands, and ensure seamless execution.
- **Production Budget Management**: Handle chargebacks, document expenses, and manage budgets related to supply chain operations.
- **International Coordination**: Liaise with fulfilment centers in Hong Kong and Singapore to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research on products and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Communication and Documentation**: Draft clear and concise reports and documentation, including write-ups for FAB (Features, Advantages, Benefits) when required.
- **Problem-solving**: Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within the supply chain to minimize disruptions and optimize efficiency
- A strategic thinker with a holistic approach to supply chain management, focusing not only on cost-saving strategies but also on optimizing overall operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
