Admin Executive as a generalist and is responsible for the full spectrum of admin functions in the Company and will work closely with HR & Admin team member in the Company. The main responsibility of the Admin Executive includes but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure company licenses, tenancy agreement and insurance updated from time to time
- Keep track on the Company vehicle records
- Monitor employee medical and phone usage accordingly by monthly basis
- To attend the booking of flights/hotels/meeting venue and etc if necessary.
- To be the main contact person on IT matter (eg: attend to staff on the emergency issue & liaise with outsource IT Support)
- Responsible in equipment maintenance and monitoring (e.g. CCTV, PABX, door access and etc.)
- To deal with the government or other utilities parties (e.g. TM, TNB and etc)
- Maintaining record for company asset (uniform, stationaries, door access card & etc)
- Responsible in monitoring and replenishment of stock
- Manage the delivery of documents and company stationaries
- Involve in shipment if needed
- Involve in new joiner orientation and training program
- Assist HR in verification of attendance & overtime claim
- Assist HR in recruitment activities
- **Requirements**:_
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Human Resource Management/Development
- Good communication skills
- Fast Learner and able to work under pressure also with mínimal supervision
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM26,000.00 - RM36,000.00 per year
