**Create Stunning Displays**: Design and implement visually appealing displays that reflect the brand's aesthetic, increase product visibility, and engage customers.
- **Product Placement**: Strategically position merchandise on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining an organized and clean environment.
- **Seasonal Layouts**: Plan and execute seasonal and promotional window displays, in-store setups, and new collection arrivals to align with marketing campaigns.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay current on industry trends, fashion movements, and competitor displays to ensure our store displays are on-trend and innovative.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the store management and sales teams to ensure displays are aligned with sales targets and promotional needs.
- **Inventory and Stock Coordination**: Assist with inventory counts and ensure stock is well organized, available, and easily accessible for sales teams.
- **Brand Guidelines**: Ensure all visual merchandising efforts align with brand standards, aesthetic, and values.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance the customer shopping experience by creating inviting, visually appealing environments that encourage product interaction.
- **Evaluate Effectiveness**: Monitor sales data to assess the effectiveness of displays and recommend improvements or changes where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Retail Associate, or in a similar fashion-related role is preferred.
- Strong visual and creative skills with an understanding of design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing product lines, store layouts, and customer preferences.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer behavior.
- A passion for fashion and an eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
