**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Taxes and Cash Flow duties
- Manage daily operations in accounts and finance department, including credit control, collection, reporting, tax, treasury and insurance.
- Ensure the team adapt the established system process and procedures required to process all accounting transaction properly and ensure that all month-ended and yearly-ended closing are completed accurately and in timely manner
- Recommend improvements to process, procedures and relevant system integrations, drive the adoption of simple methods and lead the implementation
- Ensure sound financial controls, policies and procedures are in place to meet our business environment
- Liaise relevant external parties such as bankers, company secretary, auditors, insurers
- Handle all company secretarial duties.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation & quarterly estimate as and when required
- Lead, coach and develop the team to build the team core competence through a series of development initiatives such as on-the-job training, job enrichment, job rotation, etc.
- Take on special projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading industry, experience in Big 4 is a plus
- Attention to details, mature and able to work independently and under pressure
- Have proven track record of managing and handling local compliance related matters
- Possess technical expertise and in-depth knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, planning and internal control functions
- Proficient in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa
