**ROLE**: LEAD GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGNER
- Responsible for designing the layout, and visual appearance of a website.
- Responsible for designing the usability and customer experience of a website.
- Responsible for creation of our promotion banners and social media content to be in line with our brand guidelines

As our **LEAD** **Graphic/Web Designer **, you will be working closely with our management team to maintain and create websites and create content for our social media channel that is critical for our business operations. The nature of our work will be fast-paced and you will be given multiple tasks simultaneously - prioritizing tasks & time management is important. You constantly challenge yourself to collaborate better with the team, explore new possibilities for better product quality, and succeed with the team.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Design our website
- Design content for Social media channels
- Brand collateral and packaging design
- Manage, maintain and upgrade the aesthetic and UI/UX of our website
- To be up-to-date on current market trends and produce attractive and meaningful web content.
- Composition - excellent compositional and layout skills to determine where to locate page elements and balance the overall look and flow of the page.
- Typography - familiarity with typographical principles and font choices and how they work within the web pages
- Image editing - optimizing images for desktop or mobile browsers
- Web UI/UX
- Taking into consideration of the client’s objectives and strategies to balance both form and function.

**Specific Skills Required**:

- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience working with ecommerce beauty brand is a big plus
- Strong **communication **and creative **problem-solving **skills
- Tremendously **positive attitude**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Web Design related fields
- Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Knowledge in UI and UX
- Meticulous, Self-Motivated and Team Orientated
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
