**Requirements**

1、Degree or professional qualification in a Science
- or Medical-related discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing experience

2、Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

3、Able to converse in Mandarin, English. Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be preferred.

4、Applicant must have work experience in same industry of wholesale of medical, professional, scientific and research equipment.

5、Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers/ products/ services and selling skills.

6、Strong communication and negotiation skills.

7、Results and service oriented with proactive attitude and willing to travel

**Responsibility**

1、Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed.

2、Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities.

3、Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.

4、Report on the activities and products of the competitors.

5、Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases.

6、Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. to improve sales targets.

7、Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.

8、Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.

9、Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems.

10、Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.

11、Develop expertise in relevant areas required to maximize performance combined with building brands and a sustainable business.

12、Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
