**Job Description Summary**: As a GEL Technician, you will support lab activities by maintaining and calibrating equipment, managing spares, procuring parts, handling inventory logistics, performing housekeeping, undertaking minor projects, conducting audits, and driving continual improvements. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and efficient lab environment.

- ** Audits**: Participate in lab audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- ** Continual Improvement**: Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance lab processes.
