We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented New College Graduate (NCG) to join our dynamic IT team as a Developer 1, Programming. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in software development, working on real-world projects and learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Your role is critical in our digital transformation goals and manufacturing line automation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate user requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Contribute to code reviews and learn from constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI and machine learning.
- Help create technical documentation and user manuals.
- Engage in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

**Qualifications**
Required:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Basic understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle DB).
- Exposure to AI concepts such as machine learning or data analytics is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
