Cost & Tax Executive

Analyzing Cost of Sales & Purchases and expenditures within the organization. - Prepare Actual vs forecast results for all business units to Project summary. - Prepare Journal vouchers to monitor and control on forecast SALES & COS towards the actual performance. - Work closely with various Department to collect cost information in the timely manner. - Analyze the Contract (Project/Commissions) date collected and log a detailed record of the results. - Advising superior and upper management on appropriate Costing analysis based on financial data. - Responsible to prepare monthly Costing analysis report. - Assist in audits and ledgers preparation & reconciliation. - Strategic suggestions for process improvement. - Prepare Certificate of Residence (Borang C37) and Withholding Tax (Borang CP37D) whenever applicable. - Prepare SST Service Tax 6% (2 months basis). - Company tax instalments (12 months). - Prepare necessary paperwork for Tax computations. - Assist superior to prepare any other tax computations and return forms. - Any ad hoc analysis and reporting assign by the superior.
