Establishing tone and editorial voice, and determining content needs, channel selection, and distribution.
Bring analytical and technical expertise to the table where possible, keeping in mind the client’s need for marketing.
Creating and publishing engaging content for both clients and the company.
Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics based on objectives.
Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and quality.
Proofread and edit written pieces before publication.
Collaborating with campaign, technology and design teams to create content for various collaterals including websites, social media, digital marketing articles, and printed materials.
Liaising with clients to ensure brand consistency and factual accuracy.
Working on content for search engine optimisation.
Ensuring all content produced by the company is in compliance with the law (copyright and personal data protection).
Following industry-related news and generating ideas around trending topics.
