**Your Responsibilities**:

- Standardize BU ME (Business Unit Microelectronics) local chemical lab documentation, system and data automation to eliminate of unnecessary procedure and provide clear instruction
- Manage BU ME Chemical lab related matter, which include KPI monitoring, coordinating customer requirements and system setup
- Improve BU ME chemical lab-related technology, which include new test method development
- Participate in lab readiness to meet IQ/PQ schedule for future plant setup
- Train, qualify and coaching technicians
- Familiar with SPC, MSA and statistic as well as data management
- Prepare lab tools and spare part sourcing
- Define standards to guide local chemical lab operation, including specific procedures, documents and systems
- Coordinate customer requirements (including new and revised customer specs) to make sure that all BU ME local chemical labs follow the same rules for the same customer
- Audit local chemical lab management to make sure that all BU ME local chemical labs follow the same standards
- Standardize chemical lab automated data collection to improves quality and effectiveness of information being captures and make sure that all BU ME Local lab follow the same rules for the same customer
- Define and collect local chemical lab KPI items/target/data to guide local chemical lab monitor its performance
- Define and collect BU ME chemical lab KPI items to monitor BU chemical lab performance, include #TI reviewed and #overdue TI
- Evaluate, support and monitor the progress of new and/or modified chemical lab system setup
- Periodic review local labs issues including workflow for tool qualifications, lab systems and customer specs setting and suggest corrective action to improve the problem
- Coordinate the lesson learning and new technology sharing across local labs to improve lab knowledge
- Participate in equipment installation and MSA and maintain lab supplies inventory available in stock
- Plan and provide training, mentoring and development for BC (Blue Collars). Ensure all BC have the competency to perform lab activities
- Ensure all staff in the lab fulfilled EHS requirement. Ensure they wear proper PPE in the lab to prevent accident happen. Ensure PPE are available in stock and ensure environmental safety
- Support equipment MSA qualification to ensure the equipment achieve the required performance
- Set up, review and update all documents, ensure all of them are efficient and keep the harmonization with actual operation
- Provide training to support technician fully understand laboratory process to become competent in laboratory activities
- Understand and summary customer specification, test instruction (TI) and control plan for plant pre-setup preparation
- Sourcing for glassware, chemical, consumable for plant pre-startup preparation lab to ensure there is as less delay as possible

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position, preferably in PCBA manufacturing/Semiconductor/ EMS Industry
- Technical background or Bachelor degree (Science/ Engineering or Equivalent)
- Development and optimization of the test method to ensure the accuracy, stability and efficiency in the daily analysis method, and make fully usage of the Chemical lab tools to minimize the delay of the production analysis and Conversion and simplification of the supplier method or new process method based on lab present tool and capacity to fulfil the process qualification or process monitoring
- Mastering data analysis method of statistics using JMP/Minitab/EXCEL, to build up lab’s tool qualification, MSA and LTS, and to monitor lab’s tool stability, and furthermore, to ensure the process data’s accuracy, and provide necessary confidence to process data
- Grasp the maintenance, trouble shoot and spare part exchanging of chemical lab tools, and give enough guide and training to lab technicians to ensure the operation of lab tools
- Basic knowledge of quality standards
- Works independently, fast learner, multi-tasking, detail-oriented
- Systematic with good problem solving skills, strong analytical skills and project management skills
- Liable for 8D Report preparation for Corrective and preventive actions
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
