1. Carries out general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing works according to standard.

2. Troubleshoots and undertakes hands on repair works for any issues relating to building structure promptly.

3. Coordinates repair works with suppliers and/or contractors.

4. Attend complaint with repairs and maintenance orders or urgent top priority jobs through phone calls from other departments or tenant without delay.

5. Provides support to the Marketing department during festive seasons and setup of displays or decorations

6. Ensures that all workshop tools and equipment are well stocked and maintained.

7. Attends training courses and workshops, as well as engineering specific meetings when required.

8. Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

9. To comply with all company policies, including those related to OSHA regulations.

10. To adhere to workplace safety protocols, participate in safety training programs, and promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to Company.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM qualification, Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 1-year experience in plumbing and general works.

3. Capacity to work in shifts.

4. Demonstrates ability to work in a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
