- Handle incoming calls from customers including inquiries, complaints & sales queries.
- Address customer inquiries & provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, pricing & benefits to facilitate sales conversion.
- Actively engage in telesales activities by promoting products / services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions & transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team for cross-selling / upselling products.

**Requirements**:

- SPM holder & above.
- **Good command in English **with good communication skills
- 1-3 years of **Telesales / Customer Service** experience in any industry.
- **3 Months Temporary/Contract **role based in **Petaling Jaya**.
- Might lead to Permanent depending on business needs & individual performance
- Ability to **start work by mid of March or earlier** will be priority

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
