Organize and manage the QA department to ensure that quality of products comply with customer requirements and management objectives.
- Develop policy and determine in-house quality procedure, standards and specifications and ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standard.
- To conduct internal quality audit and report to the management on adequacy, suitability and implementation effectiveness.
- To lead the reply to customers highlights and audits, responsible to maintain the customer audit reports, and audit CA reply.
- Develop and maintain the quality system to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements for continuous improvement.
- To deal with any government regulatory agencies, industries relations, research institute or laboratory, standardization bodies and external quality auditors on quality matters.
- To liaise with customers on all quality related problems and coordinating all activities, corrective measures and reporting with regard to complaints.
- Develop interactively with other departments to resolve quality issue and develop effective countermeasure and improvement activities.
- Design, implement and improve company quality standards.
- Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues
- Conduct process audit, monitoring and verification of all operations line that affect the quality.
- supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and other staff.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
- Report all malfunctions to the production respective person-in-charge to ensure immediate action.
- Troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints,
- Achieved quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.e rational and performance qualification.
- Evaluates, facilitates, designs, implements and continually improves quality systems and processes.
- Review current standards and policies for improvement, from time to time
- Keep records of quality report, statistical reviews and relevant document
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
