**Requirement**:

- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with a preference for experience in the landscape construction industry, particularly in softscape and hardscape works.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and procurement processes, with proven supplier relationship management and cost control.
- Experienced in purchasing landscape materials and equipment, with expertise in market prices, specifications, and quality standards.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, capable of managing budgets and optimizing costs.
- Preferable for Chinese speaker

**Job descriptions**:

- **Reporting to Landscape Executive (Housing) & Quantity Surveyor (Project)**: Provide regular updates on procurement, ensuring accurate documentation, cost analysis, stock availability, and timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, assess material quality, and assist in sourcing prices for quotations and tenders. Visit nurseries and factories to verify materials meet client specifications
- **Daily Sourcing, Ordering & Arrangement**: Identify and secure quality materials at competitive prices, manage purchase orders, and monitor stock levels. Enter item prices into the system, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Cost Analysis & Inventory Management**: Track project costs to optimize budgets and monitor income. Keep inventory logs to avoid shortages or excess stock, implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure quality and project timelines are met.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**: Collaborate with the project department’s purchaser and internal teams to ensure clear communication for each task, and smooth operations. Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely material supply and quality standards. Regularly monitor supplier performance and make improvements as needed.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations, and maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and agreements.
- **Other Responsibilities**: Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Landscape Executive & Quantity Surveyor to support procurement operations and enhance project efficiency.
