Quantity Surviyor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To handle and process all main contractor and sub-contractor's claims, Work Order and Variation Order.
- To prepare, compile and submit for review all tender and project estimation results for Civil, Mechanical & Electrical, instrumentation and SCADA works.
- Participate on the preparation and processing of payment claims to clients and from sub-contractors.
- Conduct periodic visits to the project site to verify progress claim against status of work done.
- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring compliance to all contractual and legal obligations.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of tender budget and costing for verification by the Managing Director and Project Manager.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of project status and expenses.
- Carry out analysis on materials costing, measurements and wastage control.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of sub-contractor pre-qualification documents for approval.
- To attend tender briefing and site visit during tendering stage.
- Carry out assignments as requested / instructed by the immediate superior / Management

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Registered with BQSM (PVQS/PQS).
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to read and handle full set of working drawings.
- Excellent time management skill and able to work under pressure/tight deadlines and results oriented.
- Positive working attitude, independently and hardworking.
- Full-Time positions available.
