**1. Regulatory Affairs Support**
- Ensure SW Group's compliance with food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and industry standards, including ISO standards and Halal certification requirements
- Manage the interactions with local and foreign regulatory bodies, interprets regulatory requirements and any impact to Operations
- Conduct regular checks to verify compliance of labeling processes for both local and export markets
- Support the implementation of strategies to maintain compliance while achieving business objectives
- Support regulatory compliance by assisting in the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documents
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of procedures to maintain and improve regulatory compliance
- Prepare relevant reports for Management review

**Others**
- Stay informed about changes in regulations related to food safety, labeling, and industry standards to ensure SW always meet any updated requirements
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet regulatory standards for safety, quality, and efficacy
- Maintain accurate and up to-date documentation related to regulatory compliance
- Establish and maintain a systematic record-keeping system for regulatory affairs activities
- Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct manager as needed to ensure seamless operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
