**Position: Senior Lecturer / Lecturer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality teaching in Physiology to undergraduate medical students.
- Develop and review curriculum content and assessments aligned with the MBBS programme.
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate students in academic and research activities.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic governance, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate across disciplines to enhance integrated medical education.
- Contribute to faculty development and community engagement initiatives.

**Job Requirement**
- A PhD in any relevant field is required.
- Must hold a postgraduate qualification in Physiology (e.g., MSc, MMedSc).
- Experience in teaching Physiology to undergraduate medical students is essential.
- A basic medical degree recognised by the Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) (e.g., MBBS or equivalent) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in research and academic writing, with publications in indexed journals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with outcome-based education and integrated teaching approaches is an advantage.
