IT Executive

Location : Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and system performance.
- Perform system configurations, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Oversee system updates, patches, software deployments, and virtualization setup.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Enforce IT policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT and office equipment.
- Support technology refresh by replacing outdated hardware with new units.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems support.
- Solid knowledge of network, server systems, and IT hardware.
- Hands-on experience in IT administration, system/network management, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Familiar with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
