**Multimedia and Graphic Designer**

**Job Brief**:
Join Hayamim Ava, a long-established distribution and contracting company specializing in Audio-Visual (AV) systems and solutions for education, corporate, and business needs. We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Malaysian for the post of Graphic Designer to be a part of our marketing unit.

**Requirements**:
1. Age 23 to 30 years.

2. Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

3. 2-3 years of work experience in advertising, marketing, publishing or similar media industries.

4. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.

5. Experience in creating both printed and digital marketing materials (e.g., flyers, stationery, banners, etc.).

6. Basic experience in video production, including storyboarding, shooting, and post-production editing for social media will be an added advantage.

7. Basic audio editing skills, including sound mixing, voiceover, and music enhancement for video content will be an added advantage.

8. Basic photography skills will be an added advantage.

9. Strong creative and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.

10. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

11. Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

12. Poses own transport.

**Responsibilities**

2. Design marketing materials ranging from banner, bunting, leaflet, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and other graphics materials.

3. Basic video shooting and editing with Cap cut or other video editing software, to produce short clips for social media.

4. Project site visit to record project progress through still photography or video as part of marketing materials.

5. Brainstorm and work with teammates to deliver concepts and turn ideas into reality.

6. Work with in-house client and stakeholders to understand their need and design concept.

7. Manage company social medias such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and etc.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve design quality.

**Remuneration Package**

1. Basic salary RM 2,600 — RM 3,000.

2. Performance bonus for eligible employees.
