**Responsibilities**:

- Providing good and quality customer service experience to customer.
- To welcome and provide warm and friendly dining experience to all customers.
- Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking order.
- Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully.
- Repeat order for customer verification.
- Key in order into the menu ordering system.
- To ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery.
- To prepare drinks according to recipe.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
- To process food orders accurately and always be proactive to customers' needs.
- To coordinate drinks from pantry and dishes from kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately.
- Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.

**Kelayakan**:

- Warganegara Malaysia, berumur **18 tahun ke atas**.
- **Sanggup bekerja syif malam dan hujung minggu**.
- Komited bekerja **sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan**.
- **Boleh bekerja 6 hari seminggu**.
- Pengalaman dalam bidang **F&B diutamakan**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
