Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Restaurant and F&B Outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Food & Beverage Waiter should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor guest needs and promptly address any issues or requests.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Stay informed about daily specials and promotions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle food and beverages with care to prevent contamination.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Stay updated on new menu items, specials, and promotional offerings.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
