**Summary**
- Monitoring of site progress to ensure project is complete within stipulated time, cost, and quality
- Be responsible for the supervision of construction works and ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with standard and quality

- To assist and undertaken any other duties as instructed by superior
- Assist Project Manager / Site Manager in the supervision of the construction work.
- Recording of the site dairy, manpower chart, machinery usage report and site progress report
- To supervise a team of staff (workers), arrange and monitor machinery usage and monitor material delivery.
- To supervise sub-contractors’ work and monitor its progress.
- To monitor the quality of work and ensure all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- To control wastage and delivery of material to site.
- Liaising with authorities, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Monitoring and supervise Piling Works, Hand Dug Caisson Works, and Demolition Works.
- Superstructural : Monitor & supervised formwork,rebar & concreting works. Also coordinate with M&E Supervisor if have any M&E part.
- Architecture: Brickwork,door frame & leaf,plastering,tiling,floor coating, painting, tiling, skim coating, RWDP,water proofing etc.**:
Responsible for managing and overseeing QA/QC activities to ensure all construction processes and materials meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and tests on construction materials and works to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
- Identify, document, and address non-conformances, coordinating corrective and preventive measures effectively.
- Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring all activities conform to established standards and procedures.
- Assess and monitor the quality of materials supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance construction processes and outcomes
- Ensure all QA/QC activities adhere to health and safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- experience in ISO 9001 or related quality management systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
- Scafollding Supervisor certified by DOSH

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
