**Requirements**:

- You MUST have completed the Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA)
- You MUST have experience in the automobile/insurance industry, preferably on claims handling and estimation.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and meticulous.
- Strong organization, prioritization and good stakeholder management skills.
- Provide quality claims services to achieve stipulated KPIs.
- Ensure all SOP are adhered to as part of completing daily tasks.
- To conduct desktop assessment, video assessment, on-site assessments and more.
- Construct/Edit/Review report to ensure quality recommendation on cost of repairs.
- Conduct discussions with workshops to resolve any disputes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
