**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate supervisor

**Transaction Processing**:

- Ring up purchases and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Provide correct change and receipts to customers.
- Ensure the security of cash and transactions.

**Cash Handling**:

- Open and close cash registers.
- Count and verify cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure that the cash drawer is balanced and report any discrepancies.

**Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Compile and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about pricing.

**Salary**: RM1,500.06 - RM1,500.18 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
