**1. Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences to enhance the development of each child.

**2. Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.

**3. Individualized Learning**:

- Recognize and address the diverse learning needs of each child.
- Provide additional support or challenges as required to ensure individual progress.

**4. Parent Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss child development and progress.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on educational best practices.

**6. Assessment and Reporting**:

- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive progress reports.

**7. Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of each child in the classroom.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- State teaching certification.
- Proven experience in teaching Kindergarten or early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
