Qc Tech

Support mold test by performing first piece inspection, sample checking, process capabilities studies and preparing a cosmetic report
- Coach and train QC Inspectors on measurement techniques, e.g. Measurement System Analysis and use of Measurement Instruments such as CMM, Profile
- Carried out GR & R on equipment on a regular basis
- Support the department to perform in-process/outgoing quality inspections when required
- Assist and participate in the investigation and monitoring of customers' complaints
- Assist in filing all inspection records as per the procedure
- Prepare measurement Work Instructions for QA to follow
- Provide support in the part validation process
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimum SPM
- Skilled in using of measurement instruments such as profile projectors, CMM, smart scope and etc
- Understanding of statistical techniques
- Minimum 2 years of related experience

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
