Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 - RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade
Working Day : Mon - Fri
Working Hours : 9am - 6pm
**Job Scope**
- Interact with customers to understand their technical issues and provide tailored support.
- Gather relevant information, evaluate reported issues, and analyze symptoms to identify effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution and arrange call-backs when necessary.
**Job Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in IT Helpdesk support (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in using **Microsoft Excel**, **Word**, and other productivity tools.
- Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft Windows** operating systems.
- Practical experience with **network troubleshooting** in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with **Linux** and **macOS** is a plus.
- Experience in **server administration** (Windows or Mac environments) is preferred.
- Excellent **problem-solving** skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
