Skop Kerja Management Trainee (Restaurant)
1. Operasi Harian - Memastikan kelancaran operasi, kebersihan, dan kualiti makanan mengikut SOP.
2. Pengurusan Staf - Menyelia pekerja, membantu jadual syif, melatih staf baru, dan menilai prestasi.
3. Khidmat Pelanggan - Menyediakan layanan terbaik, menangani aduan pelanggan, dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
4. Pengurusan Kewangan & Inventori - Memantau jualan, mengawal kos operasi, dan memastikan stok mencukupi tanpa pembaziran.
5. Pematuhan SOP & Audit - Memastikan restoran mematuhi piawaian syarikat dan kesihatan, serta bersedia untuk audit dalaman.
6. Latihan & Pembangunan - Mengikuti latihan pengurusan, memahami strategi perniagaan, dan bersedia untuk peranan pengurusan.
Jawatan ini memerlukan anda untuk bekerja rapat dengan pengurus kawasan dan pengurus restoran dan kami akan melatih anda untuk memahami dan mengurus semua aspek operasi restoran sebelum naik ke jawatan pengurusan. Sertai kami sekarang, jangan lupa untuk sertakan resume anda Jumpa nanti
