**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing and executing different marketing campaigns for difference products or projects in Malaysia.
- Perform copy writing and editing for digital materials.
- Regularly create and schedule posts on Social Media platforms. Answering social media enquiries if needed.
- Ability to coordinate and perform video editing is an advantage.
- Liaise with potential affiliate partners for joint promotion or marketing campaigns.
- Perform user behavioral data analysis and track data analytics.
- Work with team leads to establish growth strategies to support growth market goals.
- Collaborate with the design team using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing promotional materials.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that drives conversions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong research capabilities.

- 具備協調與執行影片剪輯的能力者優先考量。
- 聯繫潛在的夥伴行銷合作夥伴，規劃聯合推廣或行銷活動。
- 執行使用者行為數據分析，並追蹤數據分析結果。
- 與團隊主管協作制訂成長策略，以支援市場業績成長目標。
- 與設計團隊合作，運用 Adobe Creative Suite 建立視覺吸引力強的促銷素材。
- 管理 Facebook 廣告、Google AdWords 等平台的廣告活動，以最大化投資報酬率（ROI）。
- 導入行銷自動化工具，簡化作業流程並提升活動執行效率。
