Telemarketing Executive

As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Telemarketing Executive **(Work from Home).

**Position**
- Telemarketing Executive (Work from Home)
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
- Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience with minimum 1 year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- SPM and above

**Salary**
- Up to RM2300
