Step into the realm of Khoon Hooi, where artistry meets sophistication. We extend an invitation to a visionary Sales and Marketing Manager to sculpt our sales narrative, steering our sales and marketing across diverse channels while epitomizing the essence of unparalleled client service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all creative administration
- Planning of timeline while ensuring team members work closely on schedule to meet datelines
- Main liaison with Wholesale Executive in terms of raw material utilized in collection
- Spearhead pre-production wholesale meeting
- Signatory for costing and production sheets
- Contributes creative input into collection/capsule
- Customer facing - events, projects
- To work with consultant on finalizing brand image
- Oversee all production planning for the lines (wholesale, tailor-made and samples)
- Line performance analysis. Looking into efficiency of headcount and equipment
- Taking main role on behalf of Production for all business matters
- Taking decision on selection of external suppliers
- Staff management and initiate improvement methods through training and exposure
- Quality control - examining all finished product before it is presented to the end customer
- Assist in external events - backstage and styling

**Requirements**:

- Proven fashion design experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
