**Job Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma Human Resource Management.
- Hands-on experience in a Human Resources role (HR Assistant, or similar), with a solid understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising job openings to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy of wages, bonuses and benefits in line with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct workforce planning to align staffing with organizational goals. Map and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency.
- Aware about Sarawak Labor Ordinance regulations. Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain the HR system for accurate employee data.
- Identify training needs and facilitate relevant initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM5,009.24 per month
