**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our growing technology operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in maintaining digital infrastructure, supporting eCommerce platforms, and optimizing systems to ensure seamless operations for multiple brand accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Assist in managing integrations with eCommerce platforms (APIs, plugins, middleware).

Support daily IT operations such as account setups, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Help document SOPs, IT asset inventory, and support logs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Creative, Commercial) to ensure IT tools support business needs.

**Learning Opportunities**:
Exposure to real-world IT challenges in an eCommerce environment.

Hands-on experience with eCommerce CMS, WMS, OMS, and backend systems.

Understanding of IT’s role in supporting multi-brand operations at scale.

Mentorship from experienced IT and operations leads.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

Basic understanding of networks, databases, and system security.

Familiarity with cloud services, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
