**Key responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.

**Sales**: Support sales initiatives and contribute to meeting store sales targets.

**Store Operations**: Learn and assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store layout.

**Team Leadership**: Work closely with the store management team to learn how to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

**Training**: Participate in training programs to understand all aspects of retail management.

**Problem-Solving**: Help address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise in the store.

**Cash Handling**: Assist with cash register operations, including processing payments and handling returns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to be role model in a team.
