JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To assist finance manager on finance function and cash flow management.
- To coordinate with legal advisors and vet thru the loan documents.
- To maintain proper records on bank facilities, availabilities limits and financing costs.
- To establish pleasant relationship with bank officer in order to facilitate smooth flow of daily bank activities.
- Closely follow up and attend to queries of bankers.
- Assist in analysis and forecast cash flow positions, sourcing and negotiating banking / credit facilities with financial institution.
- Preparing of relevant treasury reports relating to cash flow, loans, projects and securities pledged.
- Prepare treasury letters, bank guarantee, bank letters for fixed deposit placements / renewals / withdrawals and fund transfers and any other correspondences with banks.
- Review loan and other credit documents.
- Liaising with other departments on a range of issues in connection with treasury.
- To assist in the administrative duties of the department and other follow-up functions.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
- Proficient in Microsoft Reporting & Communication (Excel, Pivot, Formulas) will be an added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Process oriented, numerically inclined with analytical mind and strong financial performance.
- Effective written, good interpersonal communication skills and follow up skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment and to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess positive working attitude and committed.
- Good spreadsheet and database skills.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
