QA Inspector

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum qualification Standard 6.
- At least three (3) months working experience in related field.

**Job Responsibility**
- Responsibilities to perform inspection of various operations activities based on WI and control plans.
- Generate reports for every inspection activities.
- Notify to superior for major case found and responsible to issue Rejection Form (QARF).
- To maintain and ensure the measuring equipment/jigs use for inspection process are in good condition.
- To assist superior monitoring & verify the effectiveness of ECR activities.
- Control of non-conformance part in production line.
- Can be rotating to others process (all department) or outstation for customer complaint if necessary.
- Standby for rotate or support to other QA processes or section if needed.
- To assist superior for sign off supplier’s template.
- To support production for additional monitoring when required.
- Involve in preparing sample and documentation if needed.
- To assist superior on buy-off R&D New Development Sample.
- Participate in company kaizen/5S/cost saving activities (if any).
- To handle re-call activities when there is a customer complaint/internal reject as assign by the superior.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
- Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the job assigned.
- Be aware of the needs and expectation of interested party, the consequences of failure and their impact.
- To reduce life cycle impact of process to the environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
