**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide pick up, drop off and chauffer services to staff and visitors within Klang Valley or for outstation trips as assigned by the superior.
- General maintenance and cleanliness upkeep of the company vehicles.
- Regular checking and maintenance records of the vehicle repair and servicing.
- Sending vehicles for repair or attending to vehicle repair matters as necessary.
- Opening of office shutter in the morning as and when required.
- Perform general duties such as:

- go to bank, government agencies for work permit, tax matters and etc
- despatch duties, purchase of items for office/events
- reception coverage, obtain quotations, scanning and photo copying of documents
- Data entry (e.g: create Purchase Order (PO), Goods Received Note (GRN))
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a SPM
- At least 2 - 3 years working experience as personal driver or related experience.
- Has experience in dealing with embassy, work permit immigration, CIDB will be an advantage
- Must be computer literate - able to do computer job
- Must be able to communicate in BM & English
- Must have valid driving license and safety mindset; Good track record and clean traffic record. (Good to have GDL license)
- Well-versed with routes in Peninsular Malaysia, especially KL/PJ area.
- Trustworthy, responsible, self-motived, and pleasant looking.
- Mentality and physically fit to perform the role
- Able to start immediately/at short notice

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
