**Responsibilities**:

- Personal driver to the Managing Director (MD) and family.
- Drive MD for both official business and personal appointments.
- The work description of a personal driver may also involve dropping off and picking up of the MD’s family members, friends or business associates from events, meetings, airports and etc.
- To be proactive assisting and escorting MD whenever and wherever required.
- Consider alternative routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide best route and best time to travel to ensure smooth journey.
- Ensure the safety and timeliness of the drive. Drive at a speed that is reasonable and safe.
- Ensure car is clean at all times inside and outside parts.
- Carry out routine inspection before and after daily use of the car to ensure good condition of the car.
- Send car for scheduled service maintenance on time and Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the MD’s car(s)
- To abide the road and traffic laws rules and regulations laid down by the state authorities to avoid any mishaps/ accidents.
- Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and handle all tasks given expeditiously.
- Perform other assignments as and when required by MD from time to time.
