DevOps Junior Intern

Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Automate software build, test, and deployment processes to ensure seamless delivery.
- Set up and configure cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration, scaling, and deployment management.
- Set up and monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
- Analyze logs to identify and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration.
- Configure and manage networking components such as firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain and optimize Linux and Windows servers for development and production environments.
- Use logging and monitoring tools to detect system anomalies and respond to incidents.
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis.
- Provide first-level technical support for employees regarding software, hardware, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
- Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, monitors, and other IT peripherals for employees.

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **CI/CD Pipelines**: Basic understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- **Cloud Computing**: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and Kubernetes.
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Understanding of tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
- **System Monitoring & Logging**: Experience or willingness to learn monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog to analyze system health and performance.
- **Networking & Security**: Basic knowledge of networking components such as firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers, as well as troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- **Linux & Windows Administration**: Familiarity with managing and optimizing Linux and Windows servers in development and production environments.
- **Incident Management**: Ability to analyze logs, detect system anomalies, and participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis.
- **Technical Support & IT Operations**: Willingness to assist in troubleshooting IT-related issues, setting up workstations, and configuring software for employees.
- **Scripting & Automation**: Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating system administration tasks.
