Do you take pride in delivering warm welcomes and exceptional service?
Wyndham Acmar Klang is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-driven Bellman to join our Front Office team Become the first impression and last smile our guests see during their stay.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure with a professional and courteous attitude
- Assist guests with their luggage promptly and safely
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
- Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and bell desk area
- Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
Who We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to handle luggage and assist guests effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience is a bonus but not required
