Qc

Analyse quality defect bottle, cap & preform.
- Do measurement on the bottle, cap & preform and record down.
- Check bottle, cap & preform online every 1hours once.
- Take sample every 1 hour from machine and verify the spec.
- On hold items must be sorting by operators & verify by QC.
- On hold items must be record down and paste on hold sticker.
- Check and verify sorting items & documentation.
- Finish good products must be verify and chop by QC.
- All documentation must be filling properly.
- Check and verify all loading and unloading items.
- Delivery order record must be written by QC.
- Priority focus safety and hazards.
- Communicate with shift supervisor if have any reject found when online inspection..
- Monitor and ensure the quality of mineral water production processes.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain and improve the existing quality management system.
- Oversee raw material quality and supplier quality control.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality control processes and results.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct training for employees on quality control procedures and safety protocols.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
