**Company Background**

**1. Inventory Management**
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and monthly audits; reconcile discrepancies.

**2. Order Fulfillment**
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch and coordinate with logistics teams.

**3. Warehouse Operations**
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Kardex systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse; support layout planning and space optimization.

**4. Record Keeping**
- Maintain accurate inventory records (receipts, dispatches, transfers).
- Use IFS ERP system to manage inventory and generate operational reports.

**5. Systems & Tools**
- Proficient in MES and ERP systems for production and inventory tracking.
- Troubleshoot order-related issues and ensure data accuracy.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

**7. Others**
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Experience with MES or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
