Production Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Technical management: Set and adjust injection molding machine parameters and give solutions to machine failures.

2. Execute Production Plan: Assign tasks according to the production plan and ensure timely delivery.

3. Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure product quality meets the standards.

4. Equipment Management: Maintain production equipment, report any faults promptly, and assist in repairs.

5. Personnel Management: Organize and supervise the work of employees and provide job training.

6. Safety Compliance: Ensure employees follow safety procedures and conduct regular safety training.

7. Record Keeping & Reporting: Accurately complete production records and report on production progress.

8. Cost Control: Monitor material consumption and suggest cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in material, mechanical engineering, injection molding or related fields;
2. At least 5 years of experience in factory or production management in injection molding. Experiences in production and process engineering is must.

3 Proficient in English/Mandarin/Malaysia language.

4 Able to work overtime

5. Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.

6. High sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to work under pressure.

7. Familiarity with local laws and regulations.

8. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to quickly respond to unexpected situations in production.

9. Proficiency in using office software, with the ability to perform basic data statistics and analysis.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
