We are currently looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our dynamic team

With more than 25 years of experience, our company has firmly established itself as a major player in the industry, has been actively engaged in numerous projects, both locally and overseas.

As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall business strategy and success in the Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate & Property Development sectors.

Your responsibilities will be instrumental in guiding our company to new heights, as you will provide strategic direction to our teams throughout the organization. We are searching for a CEO who can inspire and lead the organisational growth through strengthening and expanding existing business as well as continually search for new opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting strategy and direction for all business units and support divisions, under the local and overseas operations arm of the Group.
- Develop operational strategies, long term plans, annual operating plans and annual budgets while measuring progress on an on-going basis.
- Ensure that day-to-day operations of business units and support divisions, under the local and overseas operations arm of the Group, in accordance to the strategic plans, operating as well as capital expenditure budgets.
- Manage all principal risks and responsible for the evaluation and effectiveness of all processes, both local and overseas operations.
- Guide and provide strategic leadership to heads of business units and support divisions, under the local and overseas operations, so as to ensure alignment to Group’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure that an effective system of communication and information flow is maintained throughout the organization.
- Review and analyse progress reports on all operational matters and to recommend solutions/improvements, if any, to Board of Directors and Shareholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience preferably in a senior managerial position plus, additional 5 years’ experience in Top Management position
- Must possess a tertiary qualification Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Master holder in business or related field is an added advantage
- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting
- Skilled in strategic management, build and lead the senior management team and allocating capital for company’s priorities
- Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with various business functions such as construction industry & property development etc.
- Interpersonal skills: Good relationships with other leaders in the company and get significant input from the organization so that there is little pushback regarding strategic decisions and direction.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM30,000.00 - RM45,000.00 per month
