Bim Modeller

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
- Work closely with BIM Coordinator on model amendment.
- Participate in BIM coordination meeting if needed to resolve problems related to projects.
- Actively participate in clash detection sessions as needed and contributing to seamless project execution.
- Provide regular progress reports to the BIM Manager/Senior Coordinator, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in M&E/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Computer literate, familiar with Revit and AutoCad skills.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Revit, BIM drafting, or related fields.
- Knowledge of engineering design principles specialising in common M&E services design or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Able to work independently.
- Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
