**Role Summary**:
Drive end‑to‑end recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs. Experience in recruitment agency or BPO is an added advantage; volume hiring experience is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
- **Pipeline Management**: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- **Volume Hiring Coordination**: Plan and execute high‑volume recruitment drives while maintaining quality standards.
- **Offer & Onboarding**: Facilitate offer negotiations and coordinate smooth onboarding processes.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience in a recruitment agency or BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Volume hiring experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
